Resource privacy notice

Onepaul collects the details you enter when requesting a gated case study: your name, email, company, country, optional job title and the resource requested. We also record the submission time and your optional marketing choice.

How we use your details

We use this information to provide access to the requested resource, manage your enquiry and understand which resources are useful. A submission alert is sent to Onepaul at galinato.jp@gmail.com. We only use the separate optional permission for marketing updates.

Where the information is processed

The form is hosted through Cloudflare. Submission records and notification processing use Cloudflare and Google services. These services may process information outside your country.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw optional marketing permission, by emailing galinato.jp@gmail.com. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed for the enquiry and applicable obligations. Resource access does not require marketing permission.

Technical data

The form uses an access cookie to allow reading the requested case study after submission. The backend also uses a hashed network identifier for short-term abuse prevention. We do not use this cookie for advertising.
